Option 2:   30% Downpayment (less 5% discount on downpayment)
                    - 60% in 48 months
                    - 10% upon turnover

Option 3:   20% Downpayment (less 2.5% discount on downpayment)
                    - 70% in 48 months
                    - 10% upon turnover

Option 4:   10% Downpayment
                    - 80% in 48 months
                    - 10% upon turnover

Option 5:   40% in 48 months
                   -  5% on the 12th month
                    - 5% on the 24th month
                    - 5% on the 36th month
                   -  5% on the 48th month
                   -  40% upon turnover

Option 6:   100% in 48 months
